No. You may submit as many positions as you wish, at no cost. However, should WHC refer a candidate that leads to a hire, by submitting the form you agree to pay the appropriate referral fee.
Watt Hamlett has worked in the nonprofit tech sector for over 20 years and in the Salesforce Nonprofit ecosystem since 2008. Over this time he has built a broad personal network of people within nonprofit organizations, consulting companies, software companies, and Salesforce itself. Watt will draw from this network, as well as from the hundreds of interested job seekers registered on Watt’s List, to identify potential candidates for your role.
This is subject to the number of potential candidates that WHC deems a fit, and who confirm interest in your position. You may get one recommendation, several, or none at all.
WHC will do its best to identify potential candidates within 5 business days of your submitting the interest form. However, we will first reach out to those potential candidates to verify their interest. This process is subject to candidate responsiveness.
You will be responsible for paying the referral fee for any candidate referred by WHC that you hire whom you were not already actively considering for the role, even if this person is already known to you. “Actively considering” means either:
You are on your honor to let WHC whether you were already actively considering a candidate or not.
This is a way to open Watt Hamlett’s network up to employers looking for talent that is more affordable than traditional recruiting arrangements.
